So we started making snacks differently.

Not treats loaded with fillers, syrups, preservatives, or unnecessary additives.

Every Good Gut Globe, Nourish Square, and creation at Humble Unbakery is made using ingredients we genuinely believe in — nuts, seeds, oats, cacao, tahini, dates, spices, and dark chocolate — chosen not only for flavour, but for how they make the body feel afterwards.

Our products are plant-based, refined sugar free, and crafted with a focus on quality, nourishment, and balance.

Food that feels comforting and indulgent, while still supporting your energy and wellbeing.

What began as homemade creations shared with family and friends has slowly grown into a community of people looking for something more intentional — from market regulars and gym-goers to busy parents, café customers, and people simply trying to eat better without extremes.

Humble Unbakery was founded by Fizza — a nutrition-focused food creator passionate about making everyday treats feel both deeply satisfying and genuinely nourishing.

What started in her kitchen as homemade creations quickly became a growing community of people looking for cleaner, more intentional food made without compromise.

Every recipe is still developed with the same philosophy today:
simple ingredients, thoughtful flavour combinations, and food that supports wellbeing without losing joy.

Humble Unbakery started from a personal journey. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, lichen planus, I became increasingly conscious of the foods I was eating and began creating my own plant-based treats using simple, recognisable ingredients and fewer ultra-processed foods.

Joining Buy Women Built feels especially meaningful because visibility matters. Despite the growing number of female-founded businesses, 81% of young people cannot name a single female entrepreneur, and children are four times more likely to picture a man when they hear the word “entrepreneur”.
